I would just really encourage you. You are doing an amazing job tuning in and listening to your body. How Your clothes fit, how you feel in your own skin, how you can do things like stand longer, carry more bags, walk up hills without getting winded. Those are the things that matter!!
All the number on the scale is is the relationship between your body and gravity. It does not tell you how much water weight is present, how you are decreasing your visceral fat and insulin resistance, and how much you are building resistance and longevity through muscle. So I would encourage you to find a DXA where you are, I can help if you need….focus only on body composition and all of those non-scale victories because those are what really matter! And keep up the good work!
honestly the DXA scan keeps coming up and i think it's a sign i just need to book it already 😂 and yes the non scale victories have been everything lately, standing at that concert in wedges honestly surprised me 🤍

Our lives depend on hunger cues. Our perfect biology for millions of years, loooonnnnggggg before obesity became an epidemic, required hunger cues for survival. Isn't it cool to know you're perfectly normal? (ha! are you?!?)
I love how you're moving through your thinking processes and crossing my fingers split-dosing works better with your biology. You really are amazing.
Thank you!! I still can't believe I can stand for so long and I was wearing wedges on top of that! We shouldn't be expecting our GLP1 to take away hunger cues completely. I hope split dosing works too!!
