I have to track. Because if I don't I find myself taking a bite here if there ir thinking I had enough protein. Keeps me accountable.

I will definitely be joining! I honestly track my protein , electrolytes and water almost every day! I come from the ketogenic diet so I was tracking every single thing! Being on a Glp1 has given my mind some freedom around food but I track protein and water/electrolytes cause I’m so fearful of loosing muscle! I love this idea it puts things in perspective and will help see where you are at with food choices! We’ve got this! Let’s do it
