If you watched this week’s video, you know my switching story.

I was on semaglutide for nine months. I lost 40 pounds and then stopped losing. The side effects were making me inconsistent. Zepbound came out. My ADHD brain said I need that. And I asked my telehealth provider to switch me -- and they did, same appointment, no drama.

But here’s what I didn’t have when I made that decision: any kind of real framework for thinking it through. I just went with my gut and my impatience. And honestly? It worked out. But I also spent the better part of a year wondering if I made the right call.

This post is what I wish I’d had before I made the switch.

If you are sitting in the “should I switch?” question right now -- work through this before you do anything else.

First: Take the quiz

Read each question and give yourself the number that matches your honest answer. Write them down as you go. Add them up at the end.
