Drop your weigh in down below, how was your week??!
It’s fall break. No school, no lunches to pack, a whole week at home.
And you’d think that would make eating easier.
It doesn’t. It makes it worse. Because now every single meal is a decision. What’s for lunch. What’s for dinner. Do we have anything. Should we just get pizza. Again.
I’m so tired of deciding.
So tonight I sat down, opened my Picky Girl’s Guide, and just talked. I told it the foods I actually like. Brats. Tacos. Rotisserie chicken. Sloppy joes. Frozen meatballs with BBQ sauce. Pizza night out because I’m not giving that up.
Ten minutes later I had my whole week.
Every dinner decided. Every lunch decided. My protein, calories, and fiber already worked out for every day.
Then it gave me my shopping list. Priced out for WinCo. Split into what I’m buying today and what Jason grabs on Wednesday so nothing goes bad.
And the recipes. Real ones. The kind where step one is “put it in the air fryer.”
No sad salads. No food I’d never eat. Just my food, made to fit.
This is the thing I wish I had when I started. Because the hardest part was never knowing what’s healthy. It was figuring out how to eat healthy with the foods I actually like, without spending my whole Sunday planning.
It’s free this week only (Oct 5 to 11). Grab it here: The Picky Girls (Lazy) Guide to healthy eating.
After Sunday it becomes a paid product. Yearly Girl Code Daily members get it free, plus every guide I make. You want it, I’ll make it.
Below, I’m sharing my full week. Every meal, every number, the exact WinCo list, and the one thing it got wrong that I had to fix.
