Can I tell you something that’s been bugging me?
I’m so tired of being told that if the scale isn’t moving, it must be because I “only eat junk.” Like it’s all my fault. Like the answer is to choke down salmon and spinach until I learn to love it.
I’m picky. I’ve always been picky. I don’t love cooking. I hate planning meals. And I’ve still lost 75 pounds on a GLP-1, eating foods I actually like.
And when I read your comments and DMs, I kept seeing the same thing over and over:
“I love food. I hate cooking. And I hate planning what I’m going to eat.”
That’s not a willpower problem. That’s a planning problem. So I fixed it.
Meet The Picky Girl’s (Lazy) Guide to Healthy Eating
It’s a guide that lives inside Claude (the AI I use for basically everything now), and it works like a friend who knows exactly what you love, what you’ll never eat, how much cooking you’re willing to do, and what your week actually looks like.
You just tell it what you need. It handles the rest.
Here’s everything it does
It gets to know you first. No “list your favorite foods” homework. It shows you real foods and you just react: love it, it’s fine, or no way. It asks about textures you can’t stand, the sauce that makes everything edible, and the drive-thru order you’d be sad to give up.
It plans your whole week. Every day, breakfast to dinner. Or if you’d rather choose, it gives you a breakfast menu, lunch menu, and dinner menu to pick from. You can even tell it what you already want on the menu that week.
It plans around your real life. This is my favorite part. Before it builds your week, it asks: “Anything I need to know about this week?”
Soccer night? Leftovers. Takeout night? It gives you smart orders and plans the rest of the day around it. Shot day? Smaller, gentler, protein-first meals for the days your appetite disappears. Nobody else’s meal plan does that.
It tells you what to order anywhere. Say “I’m going to McDonald’s” and you get three options: the usual but smarter, the protein pick, and the tiny appetite pick. Exactly what to say at the window.
It hits your numbers. Bring your own calorie, protein, or fiber goals. Every meal shows calories, protein, carbs, and fat. And it counts your supplements, so your clear protein and fiber show up in your totals automatically.
It never makes you cook more than you want to. You pick your level, from Microwave Queen to Meal Prep Girlie. Work lunches fit wherever you actually eat lunch, even if there’s no microwave.
It makes your favorites healthier. Pizza, tacos, mac and cheese. Three better versions of the food you already love.
“Finish my day.” Tell it what you ate and it tells you what’s left and what to eat to close it out.
And it gives you real things to keep. Every week you get beautiful PDFs: your plan, a priced shopping list sorted by aisle, and recipe cards for every meal. Save them to your phone or print them for the fridge.
