I lost 60 pounds on semaglutide in one year.

How much can I expect to lose for the following year?

Thank you Nyk, I have only just joined and am so thankful that I have found you and your posts. It all makes so much sense now.

Luv this! My number is 3.3/month which is so easier to obtain in my mind. Thank you!

This was so helpful, thank you! I lost exactly the 20% that is in the research but have now plateaued for almost a year. Is it realistic to think I could lose more, having lost the 20%? Or is 20% the maximum? I'm asking because managing my expectations will help enormously in finding the balance I'm looking for going forward.

My number is 1.3 pounds per week, which I have not seen. I am down 6.3 pounds since Jan. 1, though.

This is wonderful information. I went in with zero expectations. I still don’t know why or how I lost over 50% of my body weight in a year. Freak of nature 😂
