By the time you’re in the middle phase of GLP-1, you don’t need more reminders to “just keep going.”

You’re already going.

You’re showing up.
You’re taking your medication.
You’re trying.

What you need is clarity.

Because this is the phase where everything gets… unclear.

You don’t know if it’s a stall.
You don’t know if your dose is right.
You don’t know if you should change something or leave it alone.

And when you don’t know what to do, it’s really easy to start doing too much.

So this isn’t motivation.

This is what I would tell you to do if you came to me and said:
“I feel stuck. What now?”


Step 1: Confirm You’re Actually Stalled (Not Just in Your Head)

Before you change anything, we need to slow this down.

A real stall is:

  • 3+ weeks in the same 2–3 lb range

  • no clear downward trend

If it’s been less than that, you’re not stalled.

You’re in a fluctuation.

And if you treat a fluctuation like a stall, you’ll start fixing something that isn’t broken.
