I would recommend that you head into a target or bestbuy bc they have sizing kits that you can use right there. The price is the least on Amazon right now, but you can size there and know what size to get. I have tiny fingers and fit into the smallest size which is crazy to me because I worry that if I lose 40 more pounds I won’t be able to wear it…

I do also wear the apple watch. I track my movement with the watch, as well as notifications from my phone. That's it for my watch. With the Oura Ring, I track my sleep, stress levels, MY PERIOD (HUGE for me!), the new GLP1 insights which tracks my injection and so much more.
I look at activity on my oura ring but I don't put a lot of thought into it. My movement lives on my apple watch. But my Oura Ring is my life...

I ordered the Oura 5 ring last night. It is supposed to come Friday. I hope I like it. I know the Oura 4 is included in Amazon Prime Day but, I'm the type that if I'm going to buy technology, I go for the latest out. That's just me. I'm sure the 4 is just as good but I liked the slimmer smaller ring look for my small hands.
