We are halfway through the week.
Monday you picked a focus. Maybe it’s been going exactly as planned. Maybe life had other ideas.
Both are valid check-in answers.
Mine is not going the way I intended and I’ll tell you about it in the comments. But I want to hear from you first. How’s your focus actually holding up this week? Are you noticing the thing you said you’d notice? Getting close? Did Wednesday sneak up on you and you’re only just remembering right now?

Here’s my sleep goal, bed by 9PM, phone down at 10PM but I haven’t gotten there yet. Instead I’ve been one hour off, bed by 10, phone down by 11. I’m getting closer though!!
Maybe tonight I’ll do it!!
I’m doing volleyball camp this && I’ve started walking Izzy, so movement is happening just not the gym… 😅😅
