Meet Picky Girl GLP-1 Hub
Nobody tells you how much of a GLP-1 is just remembering things.
Shot day. Which day of your shot week you’re on, and why you feel the way you do. Weigh-in day, if you even want one. The thing you said you’d focus on this week, back when it was Sunday night and you felt very motivated.
That’s a lot to carry around in your head on top of work, kids, dinner, and everything else.
So I built something to carry it for me. And now it’s coming to you.
HQ tells you what to eat. Hub runs your week.
Hub is the planner side of your GLP-1 life. It lives in Claude, the same way Picky Girl HQ does, and it does two things really well:
It talks to you. Every morning it tells you what you need to know before you even ask.
It makes pages you actually want to print. Bullet journal style, with your stuff already filled in.
What a morning looks like
You open Claude and say good morning. That’s the whole thing.
Hub already knows your shot day, your weigh-in day, and your focus for the week, so it just tells you:
On shot day: “Today’s shot day. Don’t forget it.”
The day after: “Day 2 of your shot week. Be gentle with yourself today.”
On weigh-in day: it asks once. Totally optional. If the scale isn’t your thing, it never comes up.
Every single day: your focus for the week, right there where you can see it.
I take my shot twice a week, so I made sure it works for that too. Once a week, split doses, a daily shot, a pill. It builds around your schedule, not the other way around.
And if you want a reminder before you even open Claude, just say “add it to my calendar” and your shot days show up on your phone.
Sunday is reset day
Every Sunday, Hub checks in on how your week actually felt. Not how it was supposed to go. How it went.
Then it helps you plan the next one. You pick one focus (one, not twelve), tell it what’s coming up, and it puts it all on your pages.
Don’t feel like typing out your week? Say “pull from my calendar” and it fills it in for you. Or just send it a screenshot of your calendar. That works too.
Every 5 pounds gets a party
This is the part I’m most obsessed with.
If you want the scale in your Hub, it makes you a milestone page that starts where you are right now and goes every 5 pounds (or every 10, if that feels better) all the way down to your goal. The last box is yellow, and it says GOAL.
And when you hit one? Hub celebrates with you. “That’s milestone #3. Color it in! How are you celebrating?”
Not just the big goal. Every single milestone on the way there.
Don’t want to write your weight down anywhere? Totally fine. The milestones can just say 5 lbs down, 10 lbs down. Or leave the scale out completely. Your Hub, your rules.
The pages (my favorite part)
I’m a planner girl. I love a month at a glance. I love a daily page I can write all over. So Hub makes them, with your shot days, your focus, and your plans already filled in:
Month at a glance. Bullet journal list style or a classic calendar. Your pick.
Weekly spread. Your whole week, shot days and weigh-in marked, your busy days written in.
Daily pages. “Day 3 of my shot week,” your top 3, your trackers, a brain dump, and one thing I did for me.
Habit tracker. A full page for the month, shot days in pink, a mood row to color in.
My shot week. How you feel days 1 to 7, so the hard days stop surprising you.
Appointment prep. Your questions and how things have been, written down before you see your doctor.
Plus extra pages anytime you ask: a measurement tracker, non-scale victories, sleep, water, a movement log, a brain dump page, and morning and night routines.
What it isn’t
It isn’t medical advice. Hub writes down what you tell it and helps you plan. Anything about your dose or side effects goes to your doctor.
It isn’t an app that texts you. It reminds you when you open Claude and say good morning, and your phone’s calendar covers the rest.
It isn’t perfect planner energy. Skipped days are part of it. It will never make you feel behind.
And here’s a little secret: you’ll be learning how to use Claude without even trying. Every time you say “Sunday reset” or “milestones” or “pull from my calendar,” you’re learning that you can just ask for what you need. That’s a skill that follows you everywhere.
How to get it free before it launches
Once Hub launches, it becomes its own product: Hub is $27, HQ is $47, or both for $67.
But right now, before launch, there are two ways to get it free:
1. Get Picky Girl HQ now. HQ is $47, and Hub is yours free the day it launches. You get your meals planned around foods you already like today, and your planner the second it’s ready.
2. Join Girl Code Daily yearly. $49 a year gets you HQ and Hub both included, and yearlies get Hub before anyone else. Plus the daily threads, the weigh-ins, the monthly challenges, and a whole group of women who get it.
Yearlies get it first. Just saying.
Already have HQ? You’re covered. I’ll send you Hub the day it launches.
Just want to know when it’s live? You’re already in the right place. Stay subscribed and you’ll hear it here first.
✨ Why join Girl Code Daily? ✨
Tell me in the comments: what’s the one thing you’d want Hub to remind you about every morning? I’m still adding things, and your answer might end up in it.
I built this because I wanted it for me, and I can’t wait for it to be yours too.
