Welcome to Girl Code Daily.
If you’re reading this, I’m guessing you’re trying to lose weight... but more than that, you’re trying not to quit this time.
That’s why I created this space.
Every morning, I publish a short podcast (about eight minutes) to help you understand your journey a little better. Sometimes we talk about the scale. Sometimes we talk about stress, sleep, food noise, or motivation. And sometimes we talk about life.
Because weight loss isn’t just about losing weight.
» It’s about learning how to keep going when the scale doesn’t move.
» It’s about understanding what’s happening in your body so you stop assuming you’ve failed.
» It’s about building a life you love while you’re still becoming the person you want to be.
Along with the daily podcast, you’ll also find:
In-depth articles that go deeper into the science, mindset, and habits behind sustainable weight loss.
Weekly community check-ins where we celebrate wins, reset after hard weeks, and remind each other that no one has to do this alone.
Sunday Weigh-Ins where I share my own journey. The good, the frustrating, and everything in between.
If you’re brand new, don’t worry about trying to catch up.

These are the five conversations I’d want every woman to hear first. Together, they explain the philosophy behind Girl Code Daily and the way I approach weight loss.
I hope they help you feel a little more understood.
Let’s begin »
Episode 1: You’re Not Stalled. You’re in the Invisible Phase.
This is the episode I wish every woman heard before she started a weight loss journey.
The Invisible Phase is what happens when you’re still showing up, still making progress behind the scenes, but the scale stops reflecting it. Most people see this as proof they’re failing.
I see it differently.
In this episode, I explain why this season happens, why it’s completely normal, and why understanding it might be the difference between staying the course and starting over.
If you’ve ever thought, “I’m doing everything right... so why isn’t anything happening?” start here.
Episode 22: The All In Fantasy
If you’ve ever told yourself, “This time I’m doing it perfectly,” this episode is for you.
One of the biggest mindset shifts in my own journey was realizing that the urge to overhaul everything isn’t usually motivation. It’s often a stress response. It feels productive in the moment, but it rarely lasts.
In this episode, we talk about why the “all in” mindset keeps pulling us into a cycle of starting over, and why lasting change is almost always built through small, consistent actions instead of dramatic fresh starts.
You don’t need to go all in.
You just need to keep going.
Episode 29: The Crap Zone
Have you ever felt like you’re not falling apart... but you’re not really okay either?
You’re still showing up. You’re getting through your days. But everything feels a little harder than it should, and you’re starting to drift away from the habits that once felt manageable.
I call that The Crap Zone.
In this episode, we talk about what the Crap Zone actually is, why it happens, and why it isn’t a sign that you’re lazy, unmotivated, or failing. It’s a conversation about your nervous system, recovery, and learning to recognize when you don’t need more discipline; you need more compassion.
If you’ve been wondering why everything suddenly feels so heavy, I hope this episode helps you understand why.
You’re just in the Crap Zone.
Episode 18: Why Not Me Too
For years, I believed my life would begin after I lost the weight.
After I felt confident.
After I reached my goal.
After.
In this episode, we talk about the quiet ways we put our lives on hold while waiting for a future version of ourselves to finally feel worthy of living them. The truth is, your goal weight doesn’t give you permission to wear the clothes, take the trip, start the project, or be in the photos.
You already have that permission.
If you’ve been waiting for “after” before you start living your life, I hope this conversation reminds you that your life is happening now.
Episode 31: You Already Had Permission
If you’ve listened to the first four episodes, this is where everything comes together.
In this episode, I share the answer to a question that completely changed the direction of my work: What do you want to be known for?
My answer was simple.
I want to be known as the person who gave women permission to stop putting their lives on hold.
Permission to go slow. To make mistakes. To enjoy the vacation. To eat the birthday cake. To build a beautiful life while they’re still becoming the person they want to be.
Because the permission you keep waiting for was never at your goal weight.
You already had it.
One Last Thing...
If you’ve made it this far, thank you.
I know your time is valuable, and it means a lot that you’ve spent some of it here with me.
If these five conversations helped you understand your journey a little differently, I’d love to invite you to experience Girl Code Daily the way it was meant to be experienced, not in one afternoon, but over time.
That’s why I created a private invitation just for readers of this page.
Instead of a 7-day trial, I’d love to give you your first month free with an annual membership.
Spend the next month with us.
Listen to the daily podcast with your morning coffee. Read the articles. Join the weekly check-ins. Let it become part of your routine before you decide whether it’s something you want to keep.
After your free month, your annual membership will continue at $55 per year (less than $5 a month), and you can cancel anytime before your trial ends if it’s not the right fit.
I truly hope you’ll stay.
Either way, thank you for being here, and remember...
You don’t have to go all in.
You don’t have to be perfect.
You don’t have to wait.
You already had permission.
I’ll see you tomorrow morning.
